Working as a Strategist inside a media agency of Publicis Groupe meant operating at the crossroads of data, creativity, and business logic.

Our daily work revolved around understanding people’s behavior: how they choose, what they value, and which cultural signals shape their decisions.

We weren’t just building campaigns; we were decoding patterns and translating them into strategies able to move real audiences.

Most of our contribution happened before anything “visible” existed. We were the ones framing the problem, studying markets, analyzing competitive dynamics, and defining the role of the brand within people’s lives.

This involved research, insights, media planning, and crafting narratives that aligned creative ideas with measurable objectives.

It was a space where rigor and imagination needed to coexist, because a strategy that doesn’t work in the real world is only a nice theory.

That experience became a foundation we still carry: a way of thinking that blends analytical discipline, human sensitivity, and also a consciousness we’ll never forget.

Corporate life gave us method, structure, and the ability to navigate complexity. It also showed us, just as clearly, which environments, rhythms, and values we no longer belong to.

It pointed us toward where we want to go next: applying that blend of structure and intuition in spaces that feel grounded, human-centered, and meaningful - from remote lodges to community-driven projects - where strategy becomes a practical tool for making things work better, for real people, in the real world.
